Benson’s, Inc. Community Association Board Member and Community Manager Receive “Best of” Awards
South Gulf Coast CAI Chapter Announces Frederick Heiss is Board Member of the Year and Jay Vandall is Portfolio Manager of the Year
Ft. Myers, FL January 8, 2010 - Benson’s, Inc., an Associa Company, proudly announces Frederick "Fritz" Heiss of Avalon Bay Condominiums was awarded Board Member of the Year and Jay Vandall was awarded Portfolio Manager of the Year recently at the South Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute Annual Meeting and Awards Night on December 5, 2009.
Mr. Heiss has been a board member of Avalon Bay Condominiums for 6 years and works tirelessly with the Benson’s management staff to make sure the community is well maintained at the highest standards.
Mr. Vandall is a senior manager and has been with Benson’s, Inc. since 2007. He currently oversees the management of 42 communities in the Benson’s Naples location as well as maintains his own portfolio of 8 properties comprised of condominiums, single family homes and townhomes.
